JIRA/Seraph client

Anyone have a JIRA/Seraph client?  The wiki has
http://www.ja-sig.org/wiki/display/CAS/CasSeraphAuthenticator and
http://www.ja-sig.org/wiki/display/CAS/Seraph+as+CAS+Client

.. but the only attachment to those nodes is the tarball from the
commenter (for older Confluence).

The class that the node mentions
(de.valtech.etc.jira.JiraCasAuthenticator in the package
CASSeraphAuthenticator) don't seem to be downloadable.
