Restricted services.

You need to create a services.xml file that contains your list of approved
services.  Here is an example (with only one entry):

http://developer.ja-sig.org/source/browse/jasig/cas3/cas-server-webapp/src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/classes/services.xml?r=1.1
