Problem with casfying uPortal

[Scott Battaglia]

The directions on that page are for CASifying uPortal 2.  I did some work at
Rutgers on getting uPortal 3 CASified using Acegi.  I don't have access to
my configuration files until I get to work tomorrow.  I'll send them along
tomorrow.
