casify the Xplanner without violating the license

Hi, all:

  I'm now doing a project which will integrate some open source tools
together and implement sso. I casified the Xplanner through modifying
some source code. It will violate the license of Xplanner, so whether
can I find a way to casify the Xplanner without any license problem?
Anyone has such experience before? I hope your help.
