PL/SQL Integration with CAS

One of our DBMS developers here at Virginia Tech, Richard Quintin, has
developed a PL/SQL CAS client that was developed starting from the Yale
CAS client PL/SQL source.  It is currently used in production, and we
hope to expand its use to integrate with Banner Self-Service in the
future.  The source is available at
