Generating certificates for Google Accounts

Does anyone have any ideas on what to look for, either in the code or in
the configuration, to troubleshoot this issue?

To recap: I can go to our google apps domain, which redirects me to the CAS
server.  After I login successfully, I do not get redirected back to google.

I've tested this on several browser/OS combinations, thinking it might be a
browser issue (I primarily use Opera), with the same results for each one.
(Win+IE/firefox/opera, solaris+firefox/opera/konqueror).
