Questions about the TGC.

1. Download latest verson of the the CAS server.
2. Drop the cas.war into my fav container.
3. Browse to http://localhost:8080/cas/login
4. Successfully log in.
5. Browser displays the successful log in screen.
6. Check cookies. See the TGC-n-RandomString cookie.
7. Browse again to http://localhost:8080/cas/login
8. Browser displays log in page.


The question is why display log in page and not the successfully logged in page.
I have a cookie, it is valid and hasn't expired.
