CAS can be used to CASify any web application, whether its on your local
Intranet or on the Internet. All of our applications at Rutgers are
available on the Internet.
CAS cannot, however, do federation, if that is what you are looking for. In
that case, your best bet is to combine CAS and Shibboleth.
