Single Sign Out Client Support?

Dusty,

We're working on a bunch of stuff to get ready for the JA-SIG conference so
we unfortunately do not have any sample clients yet that work with the
Single Sign Out protocol.  I'm hoping to at least start documenting it
sometime soon.
