CAS Server 3.1 RC1 install

Anthony,

The easiest way to get started is to download Maven 2.0.6 if you already
haven't and install it.

Go to the CAS_PROJECT_HOME/cas-server-webapp directory.
Then execute "mvn package"

This should generate a WAR file in the "target" directory of
cas-server-webapp.
