[cas-dev] CAS Server 3.1 Release Candidate 2

I am having a little trouble getting started with cas-server-3.1-rc2

I copied ./modules/cas-server-webapp-3.1-rc2.war into apache/webapps and got

java.lang.RuntimeException: javax.naming.CommunicationException:
ldap.rutgers.edu:389 [Root exception is java.net.ConnectException:
Connection refused]


Is this war not "Quick Demo" ready yet ?
