Blackboard auth with CAS

Hi Paul, 

We started CAS authentication with Bb 6, and migrated to 7.1.  CAS is 
still working fine with the same modification instructions.

I'm just checking to see if there is any more current information than
[1] about how to get Blackboard to authenticate using a CAS server?
This info seems targeted at Bb version 6 and we're running version 7.1.
 Do these instructions still work with Bb 7.1?
