AuthCAS.pm module error on Apache2 and mod_perl2

Hi,

I have installed Apache-AuthCAS-0.4 on RedHat Enterprise AS3. There is 
mod_perl-1.99_09-10.ent and httpd-2.0.46-61.ent on the system. It gives 
below error when URL called.

[Fri Mar 02 11:40:27 2007] [error] [client 10.10.0.23] Can't locate 
object method "is_initial_req" via package "Apache::RequestRec" at 
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/Apache/AuthCAS.pm line 418.!

Note: It run on another system via Apache 1.3.27 and mod_perl-1.27-119/*.*/

Have you any suggestion.
