Version 3.1

I'm new to Java application servers.  I've installed CAS 3.07 and have
it authenticating against LDAP.  However, I need to make use of the SAML
capabilities in 3.1.  I downloaded 3.1, but don't know how to install it
and can't find any documentation.

 

Can someone point in the general direction I need to go?
