failed to resolve handler Apache::AuthCAS

Hi Scott,

Thanks for your reply. I am using Apache 2.0.61. I'd love to use 
mod_cas; I have tried to set it up before but experienced some 
difficulties with it. Then I decided to give AuthCAS a try. My apache 
configuration file is attached. I have also attached the .htaccess file. 
Any ideas?
