CAS 3.1.1 RC1

Dear CAS Community,

We're pleased to announce the first release candidate for CAS 3.1.1.  CAS
3.1.1 RC1 provides the following bug fixes, improvements, and new features
over 3.1:

* CASVersion.getVersion() was not being populated depending on the
maven-jar-plugin version
* Czech, Polish and Croatian translations
* CSS Cleanup in example JSP pages
* Update to Hibernate 3.2.4.sp1
* Update to latest BSD license
* Moved frequently changed configuration options to
deployerConfigContext.xml and cas.properties
* Added no cache headers to LogoutController
* Added correct namespace to Logout XML
* Various improvements to ServiceRegistry and supporting classes

This release can be downloaded from our web site:

If you get a moment, please test it.  We're hoping to do a final release
towards the end of this week or early next week so that we can start working
on CAS 3.1.2 ;-)
