OpenSAML problems - building CAS 3.1 using Maven2

I'm using 2.0.7 at home and I haven't experienced any problems.  We included
the OpenSAML jar in our Maven2 repositories so there is no real OpenSAML POM
file for us to include.  It should still function without it.

The easiest thing to do is try using the latest version and let me know if
it works or not.
