Blackboard CE 6 + CAS

CAS 3.0.7 and Blackboard CE 6 should integrate fine.  I'm guessing you are
trying to restrict it via the service restriction sample code in CAS 3.0.7.
In CAS 3.1, we've included a fully supported and updated Services Management
tool.  If you're still on 3.0.7, you can re-implement the
DefaultServicesRegistry to work with pattern-matching which should help.
Someone did that once. It may be available in our wiki.
