Resolved.  The Protocol View JSP names were incorrect.  Is working now.

Hello,

I am trying to set up CAS.  I have been using a simple Hello World web
page.  When I try to access the page, I am redirected to the CAS login
page.  The CAS login page is currently configured to use the
SimpleTestUsernamePasswordAuthenticationHandler authentication handler.
I am using CAS 3.0.7.  I enter the username and password.  The log says
that I am authenticated OK, but I get a connection refused exception.
