Hosting From Different HTML Forms

Hello,

We're currently using CAS 3.0.5. Now we can only post login informations 
from CAS application's own form. It doesn't accept posts from other HTML 
forms in some other web servers.

We see that it is possible on 
https://my.rit.edu/uPortal/render.userLayoutRootNode.uP

Can someone please tell us how to do this?
