Browsers pulling from cache for logout page

Has anyone notice that current web browsers (IE7, Firefox, etc) with
default caching settings (Automatic caching of pages) will occasionally
not log users out of the CAS server upon logout due to the web browser
pulling a previous logout page from the cache?

 

While doing final testing for changes to the JA-SIG client for logout
support on the client, we noticed this issue in a somewhat reproducible
scenario involving a basic HTML page.  Even with adding Pragma and
Expires headers to the logout JSP, it still occurs.
