Apache2::AuthCAS connecting to server with radius backend

Bob,

Your problem is on the AuthCAS side and should have nothing to do with your
authentication choice.

According to the documentation a database is used for the PGT stuff:
http://www.ja-sig.org/wiki/display/CASC/AuthCAS

It doesn't specify which one though.
