You need to you the BindLdapAuthentifcation as the FastBindLdap is not aware of the LDAP tree.
Within the BindLdapAuthentifcation properties, set the "base" search property to the root node of your two branches and set the "scope" to SUBTREE_SCOPE. The search will be made to all the sub-branches of the "base" node.
