CAS ISAP filter

I am trying to track down some source code that will compile for an implementation of a CAS ISAPI filter.  All of the ISAPI filters that I have found are not in development anymore or I can not find the source.  I need one for a legacy application that we are using.  This application will not support .NET forms authentication.  
 
Our IT department changed the default attributes returned from cas so none of the ISAPI filters that I have found work with our implementation. 
Any help would be appreciated.  Trying not to start from scratch on this one since I do not specialize in C.
