Capturing authenticated CAS users in Tomcat logs via AccessLogValve

I don't know how the logs are generated using the AccessLogValve. I would
assume the mod_auth_cas could help with the Apache logs? One of the things
we are (supposed to be) working on is better support for Tomcat and JBoss in
the CAS Client. Haven't had too much time to do that lately.
