Problem with RADIUS - Help me !!!!

Hi All,
I am using version 3.1 of CAS with the module RADIUS. Do authentication on a RADIUS Agent.
I have to go over a login and password even the parameter 'Framed-IP-Address'.
 

Somebody knows something tell me ????
