"Welcome Unrecognized person"

Hello,

 

What is the best way to resolve this "Welcome Unrecognized person"
issue, when you log onto uportal using LDAP.  I just would like a quick
fix, I don't want anything complicated.  If I can open up the page and
delete the word Unrecognized person, that would be great.  Any
suggestions?
