Which jar file for org.jasig.cas.client.web.filter.AuthenticationFilter

The wiki page you are referencing is an older version of the JA-SIG CAS
client (3.0.x).  You should upgrade to the JA-SIG CAS client 3.1.x, which
you can find here:

http://www.ja-sig.org/downloads/cas-clients/cas-client-3.1.3-release.zip
