Authorization Failure when testing Services Management

Hi All,

I have tried the configuration following
http://www.ja-sig.org/wiki/display/CASUM/Configuring, but always got the
'You are not authorized to use this application for the following reason:
Could not find user: notused.'

I have checked the mysql db, only three tables: registeredserviceimpl,
serviceticket, ticketgrantingticket.

Where the authorization data stored? How can I configure it?
