CAS 3.3 and REST

I've followed the instructions on the REST API page at ja-sig, restarted my tomcat container, and I get the following message when starting up:

Am I missing a file somewhere? The only pom.xml I found in our CAS install was this one:

tomcat5\webapps\cas\META-INF\maven\org.jasig.cas\cas-server-webapp\pom.xml

Any ideas?
