Blackboard auth with CAS: Redirect Loop

All it most likely means is that you're asking for new tickets. The issue
is why the client is asking for new tickets. Check your client logs for
ticket validation failures and subsequent redirects.
You can also turn logging on for the server and it should tell you if ticket
validation failed.
