Accessing CAS protected resources with AUTHKEY parameter

Hi,

I'm trying to expose some URLs as a webservice to my users. These URL ara
protected by CAS and it's difficult to do an script to access them. Well, it's
not so difficult, but it's necessary to write the password in clear inside 
the script and that is not good.

For example, imagine an RSS. You can't use a CAS protected URL as an RSS feed 
in Google Reader.

I'm thinking in use a AUTHKEY parameter in a similar way to google maps or
facebook.

Is it possible to use CAS to do this or perhaps it's better to have a different
part of the web protected using this idea and mapping the keys to users?

Any ideas would be appreciated (very appreciated in fact!)
