What is this ERROR

Hi,

We are using CAS and uPortal 2.5.3, everything is working fine but all of a
sudden we are getting the following exception.

How it happens is, initial login it goes through all right but when we
logout from uportal and cas and try to login again
it gives the following exception

java.io.IOException: Unable to tunnel through proxy. Proxy returns "HTTP/1.0
404 Not Found"
