Google Apps + 3.1.1

I just tried a domain with CAS 3.2-RC5-SNAPSHOT and it appeared to work.  I
don't believe there were any changes between CAS 3.1.1 and 3.2 with regards
to Google Apps integration so it should still work for you.

If you have any additional information we can look into it though.  But the
only test instance I have access to appears to be working.
