Corrupted binaries in 3.1.2

Thanks. I was using a new version of the assembly plugin which was supposed
to fix that bug.  I guess it somehow decided to use the old one.  I'll try
it again when I get a chance.  The stuff in SVN is fine though.  Its just
something the assembly plugin is doing wrong.
