Cas 2.x to Cas 3.x migration guide?

Hi,
Depending on the changes that would be required of the CAS project it would
probably go into either 3.3.1 or 3.4, again depending on how major the
changes are (I haven't had a chance to look yet).  Its too late
unfortunately to get it into 3.3.
