Call for Translators!

Hey everyone!

We're still figuring out this whole CAS4 roadmap thing, but one of the items
we know will get included as long as we get sufficient support, is improved
internationalization, localization, etc.  That said, it can only happen if
we have support from you guys.  If you can help us out going forward with
translations and such for the CAS text, please email me.  We want to try to
maintain a list of people who can help translate this way every release
stays up-to-date with all of the text.

We're willing to translate into any language that you're willing to offer
your assistance in.  As an example, please deploy the demo CAS WAR file and
you'll see what we support now (though we're going to need people to
"officially" support those languages).
