CAS Client for Java 3.1.3 RC3

All,

We've posted up the CAS Client for Java 3.1.3 RC3 which has a number of bug
fixes and new features.  The RC3 is available from the JASIG Maven2
Repository (http://developer.ja-sig.org/maven2).  Final versions are always
available from the main repositories.

Please report any bugs.  If we don't hear anything back by the end of the
week we'll release a final version so that we can upgrade Spring Security.
