CAS Auth with redirects (virtual hosts) when CAS server and CAS client both behind a firewall

An idea is to set up CAS Server and another services on different PCs behind a firewall/web redirector. The problem is that utilities such apsis pound could not do that. So the question is how to configure following:

1. Cas Server:
  - name internal: cas.local.com
  - name external: cas.company.com
2. Cas Client:
  - name internal client.local.com
  - name external client.company.com

Browser outside of the company (all users) should access both servers (CAS Client and CAS Server) via external names which are going through any kind of firewall/redirector. Pound can't do it with HTTPS and CAS Client would not work without HTTPS.

So any ideas how to solve it?
