audit logging

Our security team is requiring us to keep track of user activity related to
our CAS logins.  From the CAS wiki, I see that the team at Cal Poly already
has a log4j configuration that is set up to do this (theirs logs to an
Oracle DB, we just need flat files for now).  Is this log4j.properties file
available anywhere?  I couldn't find it on the wiki or with google.
