How is Person Directory integrated with CAS 3.2

Any attributes returned from PersonDirectory are placed in the principal's
attributes map (depending on if the services management tool is used, the
service may or may not be able to see the attributes). The SAML response
automatically includes the attributes (IIRC) but the CAS response does not.
You'll need to edit the CAS response to include the attributes.
