CAS & Citrix

Disclaimer: I'm rather a CAS beginner.

You did not mention anything about your particular applications and user 
management / password store. So here's my wild guess:
Most times Citrix servers simply authenticate the users against a AD domain 
using Windows logon mechs. So you could use SPNEGO authentication with CAS 
to let the users simply authenticate with their Windows logon within their 
Citrix session. IMHO it's unlikely that you manage to CAS-ify the Citrix server.
