Chris-
  phpCAS is probably your best  bet, for now.  Phil and I have spent some
time discussing proxy tickets in mod_auth_cas, but there are some unique
challenges trying to implement this at the Apache layer.  In other words, it
could take us a while. ;-)

  Of course, we are also always open to contributions and suggestions!
