Could not SingleSignOut in CAS Server 3.2

We added a feature in CAS 3.2 to allow you to disable single sign out.
Unfortunately, due to a misplaced (i.e. missing) negation, the configuration
option is reversed.  My guess is you are encountering that bug.  This will
be fixed in CAS 3.2.1, of which an RC should be out today (if I get a
chance).
