Howto use the Infocard feature included in CAS Server v3.2.2

CAS 3.2.2 hasn't even been released yet (in fact, neither has CAS 3.2.1, but
that's just me getting involved with too many things :-)).

I can't speak to the Infocard support that will be included because I'm not
working on it, so I'll leave that up to Arnaud to speak about.
