about .net client

Hi,
	I downloaded the .net client module from here:http://www.ja-sig.org/downloads/cas-clients/dotnet/ 
  ,both version 0.1 and 0.2, and follow the instruction here: http://www.ja-sig.org/wiki/display/CASC/.Net+Cas+Client 
.

	The mod works fine in .net 2.0 platform but cannot be included  
in .net 1.0. Can anyone give me some advice?
