urlencode the '?' when redirecting

Hello guys,

is it possible to let CAS urlencode the '?' when appending the ticket
param at the end of the service url?

instead of redirecting to
http://mysite.com/service?ticket=ST-672-Wyd7Vb1lLes6FUrfNqJo-cas

the server should redirect to

http://mysite.com/service%3Fticket=ST-672-Wyd7Vb1lLes6FUrfNqJo-cas
