CAS & Sharepoint 2007 MOSS

Great news, Brendan.
 
Could you describe a bit more in detail how integrating CAS would
interact with the Windows authentication methods that parts of
SharePoint require to enable things like WebDAV? Any workarounds to the
shortcomings of switching to forms-based authentication? 
 
I'm sure you're familiar with it, but here's the MSDN article that

For anyone looking to integrate CAS with SharePoint, the current
version of the edu.yale.som.auth solution was released today as open
source under a BSD license to http://www.codeplex.com/eduyalesomauth.
