JA-SIG Cas Client with CAS 3.1.1

The JASIG CAS Client for Java is compliant with the CAS2 protocol.  It
should be usable with the CAS 3.1.1 Server.

The JASIG CAS Client for Java is currently on version 3.1.4 (found in
the public maven2 repository)
