CAS pages for mobile devices

While waiting at the doctor's office, I had to pass through our CAS server to get into our portal on my mobile phone.  I then thought about how the use of smart phones has increased and how does that affect the services we provide.

Has anyone thought about how CAS behaves with mobile devices?  For example, recognizing someone is using a mobile web browser, CAS would serve up a mobile friendly view or theme.  Especially with proliferation of smart phones, this could be a growing use case.
